Tungnath temple
Tugnath temple is one of the highest of the Panch Kedar at an elevation of 3860m, the trek is well marked and gentle, in last the slope are steep that can be tiring. It is believed that this temple is 1000years old, the foundation of the temple was laid by Arjun from Mahabharat. The location of the place in the middle of the mountains makes this place popular Hindu pilgrimage, visiting people all around the world.

Deoria Tal
Deoria Tal is located 2km away from the Sari village. The trek to Deorital is full of fun, experiencing the life of local people, interacting with locals is wholesome new experience. Deoria Tal is located on Ukimath-Gopeshwar road. The lakes are surrounded by the pine trees and the beauty of the lake attracts visitors from all over.
Ukimath
Ukimath is famous for Lord Shiva temple, it is the abode of Lord Shiva in winters, also known as winter Kedarnath. The scenic view of Himalayas is breathtaking, it attracts travellers from all over the world. It is perched at an altitude of 1300m. In winters the place is home to lord Kedarnath and lord Madhyamaheswar when Kedarnath is closed due to heavy snowfall. Kanchula Korak Musk Deer Sanctuary
The Kanchula Korak Musk Deer Sanctuary is the famous Sanctuary and home to many Deer’s; the place is surrounded by the abundance of trees and plants, which makes the place beautiful. The sanctuary is spread over an area of 5sq.km. It is the perfect place for spending time spotting Deer’s.
Chandrshila trek
Tungnath is the starting point of Chopta Chandrshila Trek. At an altitude of 2680m, The surroundings is full of beauty of pine, deodar and rhododendron trees. The difficulty level of the trek is easy to moderate and a great experience for first-time trekkers. The treks cover the large from Haridwar to Chandrashila.
The Devarivatal lake is at height of2,440m, stunning view of Chaukhamba ranges. As you move further you will reach Chopta and then comes Tugnath at an elevation of 3680m and finally comes Chandrashila top at an altitude of 3680m. The view from the top is phenomenal, other peaks like Panchchuli, Nanda Devi, Nilkanth and Kedarnath can be spotted.
